This real cicada specimen was collected after its natural death in the fall of 2022. Its has been carefully preserved and electroformed in 100% copper and a gemstone accent.
 
Cicadas are symbols of immortality and transformation - a reminder to move through change and life transitions with ease and grace rather than fear and resistance. 
 
The wingspan of these cicada measures approx. 3-4 inches across, and comes on an 18-inch antiqued copper chain.
