No country has a richer coffee culture than colombia. That's why our 'eclipse' dark roast had to be a 100% single origin colombian arabica coffee. Dark enough to blackout the sun and bring down the moon. Yet, free of the ‘sulfury’ taste you can often find with a dark roast.  Eclipse is an italian roast. Meaning it’s as dark as it can be roasted without having a ‘burnt’ taste.
