Winter seasonal!


This stunner of a sauce will make a great addition to your holiday table. It features deeply caramelized red onions and apples from Collins Family Orchard, along with Washington Merlot and spices. We then added Bloom Creek cranberries and more Alvarez ghost peppers than was probably advisable. A month of fermentation created a hot sauce with a bright pop of sweet-sourness followed by a full, long-lasting burn.


Pile it on pork, add it to a cheese plate, spice up your tofu, or swipe it on your Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches.
