Opening ceremony March 25th 6:30pm-7:45pm - Classes are every Wednesday through September 30th, 2026


Join us for a Spring Equinox launch of a weekly all levels yoga class- both in person and online. 


All sessions will be presented in a secular way. This first gathering will include: 

  • Guided meditation 

  • Discussion/q&a 

  • Asana (postures, breath, & movement)
