This hawthorn branch necklace is a celebration of one of out favorite trees. There's so much folklore around hawthorn, as a protector of the heart, and it bringing bad luck to those who chop one down. Much like a rose, these trees have gorgeous blossoms and equally prickly thorns. This necklace as a talisman for extra protection for sensitive open hearts. The branches are hand-cast in silver from a wax. The stone is a gorgeous green and blue rosecut labradorite. The 18" chain is also sterling silver with a black patina and a sturdy lobster clasp.
