To love one's body is a radical act. This workshop series is designed to increase bodily awareness through stretching, conditioning, breath work and repetitive exercise, combining into an art form that is at once ancient and deeply relevant to the modern world. Open to all genders and experience levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Individual classes are $30 each. Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged as each class builds upon the last and we only have space for 15 participants. Sign up for all 3 events at once and get $15 off, a total of $75 instead of $90. Contact The Cauldron Black to sign up.
