Anointing oil of an ancient recipe named after an Egyptian mage from medieval times. Made popular by S. L. McGregor Mathers after the publication of The Book of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage(1897). The oil is based on a Biblical recipe from the Old Testament.
Used for connecting to ancient spiritual knowledge, blessings, communication with spirits, binding, pact making, self anointing, consecrating tools, sealing workings etc. Widely used by Ceremonial Magicians and rootworkers.
Can be worn on the body. Anoint the third eye with a drop of the oil. Anoint tools and holy objects. Can be used as an offering on your altar. Use in conjunction with the texts within the Book of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage. This oil contains cinnamon oil , please be cautious as it could burn the skin. Keep away from eyes and mucous membrane.
Made with Sweet Flag (Calamus), Cinnamon and other ingredients.
